From July 31 to August 2, 2026, the Old Market Square in Landstuhl will once again be transformed into a charming wine village—and this time it's a special anniversary: “Wine at the Market” celebrates its 5th anniversary in 2026! Look forward to three days of outstanding wines, culinary classics, live music, and a relaxed summer atmosphere right in the heart of the town center. The wine event is presented by the Fördergemeinschaft Sickingenstadt Landstuhl e.V. and Cuvée Weinbar & Vinothek from Kaiserslautern.

🍇 What to Expect
Five years of “WAM” stand for wine enjoyment, variety, great food, entertainment, and plenty of fun. For the anniversary, the Old Market Square will once again become a paradise for wine lovers, food enthusiasts, and music fans:
- Fine wines from the wineries Holz Weisbrodt (Weisenheim a.B., Palatinate), Mussler (Bissersheim, Palatinate), Luff (Jugenheim, Rheinhessen), and Peter Greif (Tawern, Moselle)
- Refreshing Secco cocktails, including the summer favorite “Amici Spritz”
- Specialty beers from Karlsberg Brewery in Homburg
- A large whisky selection by Michel Krebs (Friday and Saturday only)
- Palatinate specialties, grilled dishes, pizza, garlic bread, burgers, crêpes, as well as desserts & coffee
- Atmospheric evening lighting for an authentic wine village experience
🍾 Individual Wine Tasting on Saturday, August 1, 2026
On Saturday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., you can create your own personalized wine tasting at the participating wine stands. Here's how it works:
- Purchase a wine tasting pass for a one-time fee of €20 at the information tent (plus a €4 glass deposit)
- Taste your way through the selection offered by the participating winemakers—up to 7 wines and sparkling wines (winemakers' sparkling wine not included, serving size 0.1 l each)

- From 11:00 a.m.: Stands open & lunch service at the festival grounds
- From 12:00 p.m.: Palatinate “Wine Frühschoppen” with “Hoselatz – live!”
- Approx. 1:00–5:00 p.m.: Children's program with face painting & bouncy castle
- From 5:30 p.m.: “Nickel & Dime – live!” – Country rock & classic rock from Zweibrücken as the perfect finale to the weekend
